Innovation in Motion-TALENCO Control Board Key Upgrades

SHANGHAI TALENCO, which continues to innovate in the field of spray technology,  announced a major upgrade to the control board for airless paint sprayer, making it more powerful, reliable, and easier to maintain than ever before.
The new features key improvements that work together to prevent failures, extend product life, and protect your equipment.

What’s new:

1. Increased Capacitance

• From 470μF to 1500μF: The upgraded capacitor stores more energy, enhancing the board’s ability to handle current overloads and ensuring stable operation under high load conditions.(refer to Pic 1)

2. Added Inductor

• • A new inductor stabilizes current and suppresses external electromagnetic interference, improving signal integrity and overall system reliability. (refer to Pic 1)

 

3. Upgraded Drive Module

• IGBT upgraded from 1 module to 6 modules: Overload current capacity increased from 30A~50A to 80A, delivering stronger power handling.
• Added aluminum heat spreader: Enhances thermal conductivity and heat dissipation, preventing component burnout and ensuring long-term stability. (refer to Pic 2)

 

4. Added Overload Protection Switch

• Overload protection switch automatically cuts off the circuit when current exceeds the preset safety limit, preventing board damage.
• Simply turn off the power, wait 1 minute, press the overload protection switch and restart the machine—reducing maintenance efforts and downtime. (refer to Pic 3)
